3. AT LEAST 1 YEAR RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE***

4. PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE

    (We only accept LATE REGISTERED PSA Birth Certificates if the year registered on section RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE OF THE LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRAR does  not go beyond 1999)

5. HOLDER OF VALID PASSPORT

6. WILLING TO UNDERGO FOUR (4) MONTHS NIHONGO TRAINING***

7. INTEREST & WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN JAPAN FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 YEARS

(Depending on Job Orders)***

3. LATEST PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE – (Photocopy & Original)

(PSA formerly known as NSO)

4. LOCAL CIVIL REGISTRY COPY  - FORM 1A or 102 (Photocopy & Original)

5. LATEST PSA MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if married) (Photocopy & Original)

6. 6 PCS LATEST 2X2 ID PICTURES (with white background in formal attire)

7. IF HOLDER OF VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE (Photocopy)

8. LATEST NBI FOR TRAVEL ABROAD (Color GREEN) (Photocopy)

9. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA /COLLEGE DIPLOMA (Photocopy)

10. CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT (COE) (Photocopy & Original)

11. PEOS CERTIFICATE (Please visit our facebook page for instructions)

12. ONE (1) LONG BROWN EXPANDING ENVELOPE
