STEPS AND PROCEDURES OF PROCESSING APPLICATION
1. ONLINE APPLICATION:
* Initially candidates submit their application by sending their resume and scanned documents via electronic transmission. On the basis of the documents received, online screening and review is made to discern if candidate is truly qualified.\
2. ENDORSEMENT TO RECRUITMENT OFFICERS:
*depending on the skills category, the candidates are endorsed to the recruitment officer (ro) handling the account for further evaluation of the candidates qualifications vis-a-vis the requirements of the employers.
3. SHORT LISTING OF APPLICANTS:
*If found to be truly qualified, you will be required to report to the agency for initial interview. At this stage, you will be made to answer probing questions to prove your competence in the position desired. Your documents will also be carefully scrutinize as to their correctness, authenticity and appropriateness.
4. ENDORSEMENT TO THE FRONT DESK/RECEPTION:
*After being shortlisted, you will be endorsed to the front desk for full documentation. You will be made to accomplish employment application forms detailing your personal circumstances for the appreciation of the employer. Your name will be inputted in the iris facility for storing in the manpower databank.
5. VISION & COLOR BLINDNESS TEST:
*Aside from taking your actual height (in centimeters) and weight (in kilograms) measurements, you will also undergo visual acuity test using the snellen chart and the ishihara color blindness test to check the clarity of your vision. There are also times whenever requested by the employer when you also undergo manual dexterity tests like bolts & nuts test, grip test to record your hand speed.
6. APTITUDE TESTING:
All qualified applicants are required to go through a battery of tests which include questions on spatial intelligence, logical reasoning, questions that reveal personal character or psychological make-up and number manipulation.
*I.Q TEST – this is to determine which applicants will be able to handle the requirements of the position they are applying for and to screen
potential applicants for certain skills they would use on the job, this is use to determine the applicants level of intelligence and their suitability to the job applied for.
*MATH EXAM – math employment test plays an important role in the hiring method to determine whether the applicant has the essential skills required knowledge for the job based on the scores from the math test.
*PERSONALITY TEST – this is an essential tool in the process of applicant’s selection which typically measures applicant traits related to behavior at work, interpersonal interactions and satisfaction with different aspects of work.
7. MEDICAL EXAMINATION:
*You are required to undergo package 1 medical examination before you proceed to the employer’s interview. Some people may ask why they need to take medical exam. This medical testing requires understanding what risk of prospective applicants might carry, and managing these risk in the workplace with the aim of avoiding illness or injury to the potential worker or fellow worker.
8. EMPLOYERS INTERVIEW:
*You will be informed by the recruitment officer regarding the schedule of employer’s interview. On the day of the interview please make sure to arrive on time and avoid coming late for it might elicit the ire of the employer and lose your chance of acceptance. Candidates must prepare themselves for the interview, appearance and their readiness to answer the questions that will be thrown by the employers.
*The selection process is initiated during the employer’s interview, after reviewing all the information (resume, application form) provided by job applicants, the employer will determine which applicants meet the minimum qualifications in accordance with criteria set for selection. Applicants with exemplary background and relevant experience are given top priority in the selection process.
