ANSWER: The body tattoo is generally forbidden in Japan. However, these are Japanese Employers who allow entry of workers if their tattoo are not seen when they are fully dressed. Tattoos which are very small may also be allowed. But it is imperative, that you fully disclose you’re having a body tattoo during the initial interview, so it may be fully documented for employer’s appreciation and decision.
